In his book, Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill learned successful business principles by studying the habits of millionaires. It was Andrew Carnegie who revealed to Hill the concept of the mastermind alliance. Hill defined a mastermind group as peer-to-peer mentoring used to help the members solve their problems with input and advice from the other participating members.
